Contact our Customer Care team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the product is at least half-full and the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

Ship It Back

Use a trackable shipping service to send your return to our distribution center; please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
